2021 LEED Homes Awards

The USGBC LEED Homes Awards recognize some of the most innovative and transformative LEED certified residential projects in the world as well as the teams that worked hard to make them a reality. The awards showcase your project and shine some deserved light on your accomplishments. To be eligible for an award the project must have earned LEED certification between Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2020.

LEED Homes Awards project categories include:
1. Outstanding Single-Family Project
2. Outstanding Affordable Housing Project
3. Outstanding Multi-Family Project
4. Outstanding Developer
5. Project of the Year

The nomination period for the 2021 LEED Holmes Awards is open until May 15 at 11:59 PST.
