Green Apple Day of Service Follow Up
Thank you for volunteering your time as a Project Captain for the first annual Green Apple Day of Service. We couldn't have made history on September 29 without your dedication and all around awesomeness. Please complete this brief survey within a week of completing your event to help us get an accurate scope of all the events that took place.
We have provided a space here for you to upload your volunteer sign-in sheets. This will help us stay in touch with anyone that indicated they'd like to receive more information about Green Apple, as well as help LEED Professionals track their continuing education hours.
